Pre-Kindergarten Teacher (Full-Time)

 
Archangel Gabriel Catholic School is accepting applications for a highly qualified, full-time, salaried Pre-Kindergarten teacher for the 2025-26 school year.
 
Primary Responsibilities: 

• Incorporate Catholic faith and values into daily lessons and activities.
• Plan and teach developmentally appropriate instruction based on a strong understanding of early childhood development.
• Create a safe, joyful, and structured environment that encourages independence, positive behavior, and active engagement.
• Use effective, age-appropriate teaching methods aligned with diocesan and regional standards to meet the needs of all learners.
• Assess student progress regularly using both formal and informal tools to guide instruction.
• Build strong partnerships with parents through open communication, collaboration, and shared development.
• Demonstrate professionalism by working collaboratively with colleagues, participating in school initiatives, and engaging in ongoing professional growth.

 
Qualifications: 

• Bachelor’s Degree in Education or Related Field
• Valid PA State Teacher Certification
• Strong Understanding of Child Development, Classroom Management, and Best Practices
• Ability to Work Cohesively as a Member of a Teacher Based Team
• Love of Children, Teaching, and Learning
• Prior Successful Experience Working with Early Learners (preferred) ● Practicing Catholic in Good Standing (preferred)
