POSITION TITLE: Parish Technology Coordinator
JOB CLASSIFICATION: Part-Time Non-Exempt
SCHEDULE: 20 - 29 hours per week, reasonable flexible schedule POSITION SUMMARY:
All Saints Parish in Butler, PA, is looking for a part-time technology coordinator, working amongst all 5 parish campuses. This person will be responsible for information technology support, troubleshooting hardware issues, and maintaining audio/visual systems utilized by the parish. All Saints Parish consists of St. Andrew, St. Conrad, St. Paul, St. Peter, and St. Michael the Archangel Roman Catholic churches.   
 
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Serve as the point of contact for all information technology support.
• Troubleshooting hardware issues.
• Maintain audio/visual systems utilized by the parish.
• Responsible for network security, performance, and maintenance.
• Act as the liaison to all technology vendors and service providers.
• Ensure maintenance of the VoIP phone system  • Ensure maintenance of parish communication tools  POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:

• Clearances: This ministry comes under the Safe Environment Policy of the diocese which requires clearances, which can be obtained upon employment

EDUCATION
An associate degree required, bachelor’s degree preferred.
