Pittsburgh East Regional Catholic Elementary Schools, Inc. (PERCES) is seeking a Full Time Human Resources Coordinator. The Human Resources Coordinator supports the efforts of the region by streamlining the human resource process for all new, existing and departing employees of the region and schools. This position also serves as the Safe Environment Coordinator for employees and volunteers of the region and schools.
The six PERCES schools are: Divine Mercy Academy (Monroeville), Holy Family Catholic School (Plum), Mary of Nazareth (White Oak), Sacred Heart Elementary (Shadyside), Saint Bede School (Point Breeze) and Saint Therese (Munhall).
Qualifications
High School Diploma and related work experience required; Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field, preferred.
Experience in Diocesan Safe Environment Process preferred.
Strong oral and written communication skills.
Ability to work closely with multiple stakeholders, including both employees and volunteers.
Ability to regularly visit each PERCES campus.
Strong commitment to the mission of Catholic Elementary School education.
