It is the One Who was spat upon, crowned with thorns, bruised with a reed, and mocked.

It is the One Who, aided by a passerby, carried His Cross up the hill of Calvary taking upon Himself all our sins.
It is the One Who as Great High Priest and Victim laid down His Body on the Altar of the Cross to offer Himself for our salvation.

It is the One Who, in His terrible agony, gives the precious gift of His own Mother to us from the Cross.
It is the One Who, commending His soul to the Father And dying, forgives us all.
What does love look like?
It is the One Who is the King of Kings and is buried in another man’s tomb because His kingdom is not of this world.
It is the One Who is raised from the dead on the third day and lives forever.
Who is this Love?
It is Our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ!
