Monthly Ignatian Day Retreats

Saint Paul of the Cross Retreat Center presents a monthly "Ignatian Day Retreats" starting Thursday, August 6^th and will continue the First Thursday of each month from 10am-3pm.
Day Retreat Includes:

• Excerpts from the Ignatian spiritual exercises that nurture the dispositions of a being loved by God, openness, generosity, courage, and interior freedom for decision-making.
• Mass, Eucharist, and Adoration
• Communal prayer, group discussion, and group spiritual direction
• Personal spiritual disciplines: daily Gospel contemplation, prayer review time, different ways of praying, and the daily Ignatian Examen

$40 per person.
Held in the St. Gemma Conference Room at St. Paul of the Cross Retreat Center.
