POSITION TITLE: Parish Technology Coordinator JOB CLASSIFICATION: Part-Time Non-Exempt SCHEDULE: 20 - 29 hours per week, reasonable flexible schedule POSITION SUMMARY: All Saints Parish in Butler, PA, is looking for a part-time technology coordinator, working amongst all 5 parish campuses. This person will be responsible for information technology support, troubleshooting hardware issues, and maintaining audio/visual systems utilized by the parish. All Saints Parish consists of St. Andrew, St. Conrad, St. Paul, St. Peter, and St. Michael the Archangel Roman Catholic churches.

Resurrection Parish, (Bethel Park/Upper St. Clair), seeks a full-time Associate Director of Music. Primary responsibilities of the position include playing three to four weekend liturgies, directing children’s music ensembles, which includes children’s choir and handbell choir. The applicant must demonstrate proficiency in organ service playing and repertoire, piano, and choral conducting skills.

Employee will be expected to be highly visible in the communities of the assigned region. Employee creates operational processes, plans, and coordinates programs for schools, conducts observations of the schools, assists and advises principals, and evaluates the principals annually. Employee manages issues of a non-academic nature, including building maintenance, finance, human relations, transportation, parent communication, food service, and any other management issues. Employee is also responsible for handling community concerns regarding schools and working with community agencies to jointly address those concerns. The OCIA Coordinator works with the Director of OCIA to plan, organize, and oversee the faith formation process for adult inquirers and catechumens. This role is designed to support the effective implementation of the Parish’s Christian Initiation program, ensuring that candidates receive thoughtful theological instruction, personal spiritual guidance, and a warm integration into parish life. This is a part-time position averaging 15-20 hours per week. Sunday hours required (program is primarily centered on Sundays), some evening work should be expected.
