This is a 35 hour/week position. The position provides vision and coordination for the grouping’s efforts in ministry to young people in grades six through twelve. This includes weekly high school and middle school gatherings, monthly activities, catechesis and sacramental preparation (Confirmation). This position is responsible for designing, developing and implementing programs and events to enhance and foster the faith formation of the youth. This position works collaboratively with the Pastor/Administrator, Clergy Team, Director of Pastoral Care and Lay Ministry, Director of Religious Education and other parish staff. The Residential Support Specialist (RSS) reports into the House Program Director and works directly with the residents and their babies to ensure their well-being. The RSS is responsible to assist in all aspects of the residential operations and to support the delivery of programs and services to the residents and their babies in fulfillment of Mary’s Place mission, policies, and procedures. Mary’s Place operates 24 hours a day so this position requires shift work.
