    Today the Diocese of Pittsburgh made a report to the District Attorney of Allegheny County after receiving an allegation of sexual misconduct against then-Monsignor Anthony G. Bosco dating from the late 1960s. Diocesan officials followed their longtime policy in reporting the allegation to the District Attorney. This is the first and only allegation the diocese has received against Bishop Bosco.

    The board of directors of Cardinal Wuerl North Catholic High School and the board of Catholic High Schools of the Diocese of Pittsburgh, Inc. (CHSDOP) have accepted the request of Cardinal Donald Wuerl to remove his name from the high school. Bishop David Zubik has accepted these recommendations and is announcing today the school name is now - North Catholic High School.
