Applications are now being accepted for the position of Director of EITC/OSTC Services in the Secretariat of Temporal Affairs for the Diocese of Pittsburgh. This is a full-time, exempt position located at the Diocesan Pastoral Center.
The Director of EITC/OSTC Services leads the development and management of the EITC/OSTC scholarship intake model for the Catholic schools of the Diocese of Pittsburgh. This would include the intake of new donors, tracking of their progress, the related customer service as well as the associated reporting and goal tracking. This position would also be responsible for determining the future scalability and evaluating the planning needs to service the donors.

SUMMARY OF JOB: The Music Minister is responsible for leading and accompanying the assembly for the musical component of the weekend liturgies and other services which may include weddings, funerals, Holy Days, etc. The Music Minister works collaboratively with the Pastor in planning and implementing the music and liturgies of the parish, incorporating the rich tradition and range of sacred music. The director of music ministry also oversees and coordinates the assignment of all liturgical ministers using a computer program employed by the parish (Ministry Scheduler Pro).
